Welcome to ALLETS ("ALLETS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using allets.online you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ALLETS.

1. What ALLETS does

ALLETS is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to turn your ideas into stories, characters, adverts, quizzes, video prompts and publishing kits.

2. Your account

You can sign in with Google or with an email and password. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. One person per account.

3. Free trial

New members get a 7-day free trial with a daily limit on creations (currently 3 a day). We may change trial limits, and we may limit or stop accounts that abuse the trial, for example by creating many accounts.

4. Paid plans and payments

ALLETS offers a Standard plan (currently ₦3,500 for 30 days, up to 10 creations a day) and an Unlimited plan (currently ₦5,800 for 30 days, with no daily creation limit, subject to fair-use safety limits). Each payment buys one 30-day period. Plans do not renew automatically; you choose when to pay again. Payments are processed by Flutterwave, so we never see or store your card details. Prices and limits can change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If a payment went through but your plan did not start, contact us at the address below with your payment reference and we will fix it. Refunds are considered case by case.

5. Your content and AI output

You own the ideas you give ALLETS and the stories and other output created for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store and process your content only to run and improve the service for you. AI can make mistakes, repeat common ideas or write things that are not accurate, so please read and edit everything before you publish it. You are responsible for how you use the output, including checking it does not copy someone else’s work.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use ALLETS to create content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, threatening, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes anyone’s rights. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, share your account, resell access, or use bots or scripts to create content in bulk. We may refuse a request and suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability

We work to keep ALLETS running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. We rely on third-party providers (for example Google, Cloudflare and Flutterwave) who may have their own outages.

8. Our responsibility

ALLETS is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from content you publish. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using ALLETS at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your account and saved work using the contact address below.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continuing to use ALLETS after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
